My name is Orieta, and I am proud to hold a Diploma Qualification alongside 15 years of management experience in the Childcare sector. Currently, I run another Early Learning service based in Innaloo, where I have honed my skills in leadership and effective team management. My familiarity with Little Moppets Education & Care is rooted in my experience stepping in as a relief worker when needed, which has allowed me to understand the unique dynamics and values that make this community special.
I am truly passionate about providing a high standard of care for children and families within our community. Prioritizing health and safety is at the forefront of my approach, ensuring that children, families, and educators feel secure and supported in their environment. My commitment extends beyond mere compliance; I strive to create a nurturing atmosphere that fosters growth, learning, and well-being for all.
